Participants can register to win at any of the fm921/Coors Light bar nights scheduled between June 18—July 20, 2012 through the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre/Hazleton Market.  All locations and times of event will be posted on www.radiofm921.com  when they become available. Locations are subject to change. Fm921/Coors Light will host 20 events at Coors Light point of purchase locations. One winner at each location will win tickets to see “The Summerland Tour” July 20, 2012 at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts / Bethel New York with round trip transportation. Fm 921/Coors Light will award a total of 20 winners. Participants MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN at the end of each event for the drawing! All winners and their guests on the bus must be 21 years old at the time of entry and meet eligibility requirements stated in the Complete Official Rules.
Limit one entry per person. After a person qualifies on-air or wins at a Coors Light event they are not eligible to enter again. Fm921/Coors Light is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected entries or entries not received in time for the random drawing. Fm921/Coors Light are not responsible for telephone equipment malfunction and reserves the right to postpone the contest until such time when repairs can be made.  This contest is open only to legal U.S. residents of Pennsylvania living in the 570 Area Code and who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry and meet eligibility requirements stated in the Complete Official Rules. Employees of Times-Shamrock, L.T. Verrastro Inc., Coors Light, and its subsidiaries, their affiliates, advertising agencies and their immediate family members and/or persons living in the same household are not eligible. Contest is not open to owners, officers, employees, consultants or advertising/marketing agencies of/for any radio station in the Northeast Pennsylvania total survey area as defined by Arbitron radio. Licensees and employees of any PA Liquor Licensed establishment, i.e. bar, tavern, restaurant, distributor etc. are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law. No substitution or transfer of prize by the winner is permitted. All taxes, insurance and other miscellaneous expenses or fees are the sole responsibility of the winner. All winners agree that neither the radio station, its, parent company or any other participating sponsors will be liable for any losses, damages, penalties, claims, actions, suits, costs and expenses of any kind, including property damage, personal injury or death to any participant or third person that may occur in connection with this contest or the receipt of any contest prize. Noncompliance may result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the sponsor and its’ agencies to use winners name and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising or trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and decisions of the judges. All winnings must be picked up at the radio station business office during normal working hours, Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:00pm except legal holidays. Proper identification must be presented before any prizes will be awarded. Cash and prizes not picked up or arranged for within 30 days of posting will be forfeited. Once any person wins $600 or more in cash or prizes from any Shamrock Communications radio station, they or any member of their immediate family or member of their household, may not participate in any contest sponsored by the radio station for a period of one year. The complete contest rules are on file in the radio station lobby or online at rock 107 dot com.  The radio station reserves the right to amend or change the above rules at any time as well as end this contest at any time.  All decisions of the radio station management with regard to the awarding of prizes, the selection of winners and the interpretation of these rules shall be final.  Each contestant by virtue of entering the contest agrees to accept the decision of the station as final.  Good luck from Fm 921 and Coors Light!
